Knowledgable guide with a sense of humor. On-time service. What else can you want after a cruise?

Great way to travel from Seward to Anchorage. Just as convenient as the buses offered through the cruise lines at a more reasonable price. The bus was waiting for us right at the ship. We were dropped off at a hotel close to our car rental location. Then picked up within 5 minutes by our car rental company. Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed listening to Richard and Dean tell us stories about Alaska as we rode. Very pleased! 07/14

First of all — the bus worked nicely for us getting from Anchorage to Whittier — no problem. However, when we got to Port, there were issues with the Union Port employees which wasn’t the fault of ACT. All worked out fine. With that said, I must share with you that Anna exceeded my highest expectations — and mine are high because I work in the Customer Service world for an organization of about 100K employees. Anna delighted me. Let me explain. My husband left his ipad on the bus when we got to Whittier. He panicked. I said let me call ACT. I was so very fortunate to get Anna on the phone. I explained our situation and she immediately said: I think we’ll find the ipad because the bus hasn’t been cleaned yet. I’ll personally manage this for you — and she did! Within no time, she notified me the ipad was there. It didn’t stop there. She said we’ll ship it to you after you arrive in Vancouver so that the ipad doesn’t get to your home before you do. And not to worry, I’ll charge the shipping to your credit card on file if that works for you. And she made it happen — like clockwork! ACT is very fortunate to have Anna who provides this level of attentive and person customer service. She gets a trip A+ from Steve and me for her help. Please acknowledge her for this outstanding customer experience.

I booked this service when my travel agent informed me that the service associated with the cruise line was full. I was not disappointed. It was easy to access following the disembark, and the travel time and arrival were as presented by the representative. It was also cheaper than that associated with the cruise line. The trip was the journey from Seward to Anchorage. The stop at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center was a nice addition and the guide on board was knowledgeable of the area. I would definitely recommend this service. 07/14

After being on a cruise up the inside passage, we took the A.C.T. Big Bus  tour from Whittier, AK to Anchorage, AK. It was a fun filled way to spend the day prior to our flight home, which departed at 9:30 pm. Our cruise ended in Whittier in the morning and we easily found the A.C.T. Big Bus representative in the cruise terminal, and boarded the bus. Trevor shared a lot of information about the area and had such a delightful way about him. I would request to be on Trevor’s bus again! 07/14

Our flight into Anchorage from Vancouver was slightly late but they had phoned my mobile to check where we were. Found them at the stated meeting point once we got our bags. Bus journey to Whittier was great and very informative. The fare was reasonable and cheaper than Princess cruises tried to charge me. They dropped us off at the cruise ship baggage area. No complaints at all. Very friendly, helpful staff. Grant Bruce, Aberdeen, Scotland. 07/14

Our driver, Trevor was an excellent guide on our transfer from Seward to Anchorage after our cruise. We did the full day tour and he was on time, welcoming, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. Thanks so much for a great experience and some amazing views as we traveled one of the most scenic highways in the country! 07/14

Very enjoyable ride and tour to Anchorage from Seward. Trevor offered an abundance of great information about the places we visited. The venue was relaxing and lunch was great. Thanks for the vegan sandwich! 07/14

We cruised into Seward and then had this tour booked to anchorage with Alaska tour transfers. Richard was excellent and did a wonderful job with the commentary throughout the whole trip. He was very knowledgeable and funny. We stopped off to the wildlife conservation park along with way to view the animals. The transfer was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend booking with them. 08/14

After a week on our own in Alaska with a rental car, we dropped the car off at the airport Saturday morning. Rick, the guide, met everyone by the Alaska Air baggage area and waited with all of us for the bus. The bus had to go to hotels to pick up other passengers before noon, so the airport was the last stop. We made three stops in all on our way to Whittier, 2 stops for photos and a stop for about 45 minutes at the Wildlife Conservation Center. Rick was an EXCELLENT guide, teaching us about Alaska on the ride to Whittier. I would recommend this cruise transfer over the cruise line bus. Not only is it less money, but you get to see bears, moose, caribou, lynx etc. on the way. We arrived at the ship in plenty of time for a late lunch and to unpack before dinner that night. I highly recommend taking the ACT Big Bus and not having to worry about the tunnel. And Rick will entertain you on the ride – he was wonderful- great personality and very knowledgeable! 08/14
