We used ACT for our family of 9 from Seward to Anchorage transfer. When you go from Seward to Anchorage, it is almost 3 hour trip, so you have to take a large motorcoach with a restroom on board. We recommend this company because they are best fit for this long trip. We chose ACT because of their large, comfortable motorcoaches with restroom on board, excellent narration by a tour guide, and prices much lower than the cruise line packages but more value for your money. The organization at the terminal was excellent, the representative was standing right in the middle of the terminal with a big sign, and instructions on how to find the bus were really clear (make sure you read the instructions), the buses were clearly marked and parked right outside the terminal. The tour guide's knowledge was impressive, and driver was very professional and concentrating on driving while tour guide was narrating. The bus was on time and we felt safe and taken care of the whole trip. When we searched for a transfer company online we came across a couple of other companies advertising their excellent ratings, low prices, and long time on the market. However, when we got off the ship we saw the other choices and we very satisfied that we selected ACT. To briefly describe, one of the representative from another company, very tall guy, was acting very strange towards people who did not choose his company like bad mouthing other companies and so forth. Also we were curious and when we got outside we saw that he was driving an old small shuttle van pulling a luggage trailer behind. We recommend to use ACT for your long trip from Seward to Anchorage if you want a worry free transfer and great value for your money. 9/14
