It’s easy, friendly and good service. Right after we get off the ship, bus is there waiting for us. The driver is very nice and told us a lot about Alaska and pointed out all the sceneries along the way. We have some seniors in the group and didn’t move fast enough and he is always very patiently wait. We all enjoyed the trip very much. 08/14
