I always worry when booking over the Internet, something so important as getting to my cruise on time. However I had no need to worry at all. Got a phone call in my hotel room to say would be collected 15 mins early. Coach arrived promptly, stopped for a photo opportunity, and at wildlife park.enjoyed both. We had a tour guide who was very informative and amusing who passed the time on. Arrived at the cruise terminal promptly and had an amazing cruise. Would not hesitate in booking with them in the future 🙂 08/14
